01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on khelaghar, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all use of the khelaghar platform, including the website at khelaghar.cc and the khelaghar mobile app.

Khelaghar reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the khelaghar platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. Khelaghar's customer support team can assist with any questions about these Terms in both English and Bangla.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use khelaghar, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a khelaghar employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from khelaghar.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Each individual may hold only one khelaghar account. Khelaghar uses technical measures including device fingerprinting and IP monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. If a duplicate account is identified, both accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings forfeited.

Khelaghar may require identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your khelaghar account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Khelaghar will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact khelaghar support immediately via live chat. Khelaghar will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options in your account settings.

Khelaghar accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on khelaghar are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Khelaghar supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your khelaghar balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Khelaghar does not charge a deposit fee, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Khelaghar reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be sent to a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the khelaghar account. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Khelaghar may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in a different name will not be processed.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, khelaghar reserves the right to freeze funds pending investigation.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Khelaghar offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate.
• Khelaghar reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account.
• Khelaghar may void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a member has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games on khelaghar use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by previous results, by the platform, or by any external party.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and are displayed in each game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Bets placed and accepted by the khelaghar system are final and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, khelaghar reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the member's account.
• Khelaghar is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the member's side during gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in. Khelaghar reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khelaghar. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor to access or use your khelaghar account.

08 Responsible Gaming

Khelaghar is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity. These tools are available directly in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop gaming entirely.

Khelaghar will honour all self-exclusion requests immediately. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Khelaghar will not send promotional communications to self-excluded members.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Khelaghar reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Duplicate account detection.
• At the member's own request, including self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the member's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance after completion of pending wagering requirements will be returned to the member's registered mobile wallet.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact khelaghar support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the khelaghar platform, including but not limited to the logo, game graphics, text, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of khelaghar or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any khelaghar content without prior written permission.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party game developers. All rights in game content remain with the respective developers. Khelaghar does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, khelaghar's total liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Khelaghar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

• Khelaghar is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages.
• Khelaghar is not responsible for losses resulting from a member's failure to read and understand these Terms or the rules of any game.
• Khelaghar does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform maintenance at any time.

12 Privacy and Data

Khelaghar collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on khelaghar, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Khelaghar uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal and financial data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to process payments.

13 Amendments to Terms

Khelaghar may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, khelaghar will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, khelaghar may also notify members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the khelaghar platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
